My Business & Me
Join us on our ‘My Business & Me’ retreat and discover all the beauty of Paleros and its surroundings while having engaging and enlightening discussions in order to explore and find team building strategies.
This programme will focus on “Business” and “Being”
Day 1: Welcome to Greece
You will arrive at Preveza airport, where you will be picked up and brought to your accommodation in Paleros. After checking in, dinner is served at a local tavern located at the boulevard of Paleros, right at the sea.
Day 2: Opportunities and challenges in your business
Breakfast will be served in the accommodation, whereafter there is approximately one hour scheduled for you to relax, check your email and do some work before today’s programme kicks off.
Around 10:00 we will be leaving for Lefkada Microfarm which is ran by a young Greek, who sold his cleaning company to start a micro farm on his grandfather’s olive grove. Lunch will be served here as well, including fresh eggplant prepared in the wood-fired oven. While enjoying this lunch, our first discussion will take place, covering today’s topic: “Opportunities and challenges in your business”
Before we return back to Paleros, we will explore the town of Lefkada and have dinner at the restaurant called “Kelari”, a local tavern offering creative Greek dishes located at the main square of the city center.
Day 3: Work-Life Balance
After having breakfast in the accommodation, there is again an hour scheduled for you to work or relax before we leave to Plagia.
We will leave by 4×4 car to the village of Plagia, which had been completely abandoned after the earthquake in 1953. This place offers the perfect atmosphere for reflection. From here, we will head into the mountains of Pogonia by 4×4 car to reach the goatfarm. They will tell us about their life as goatfarmers and will give us a look into their mountainhut. On the terrace of this hut a local top chef will serve a culinary lunch. The view from the mountain will serve as an amazing backdrop for our second discussion: “Work-Life Balance”.
After this session, we will be heading back to the accommodation to get ready for dinner at Koutavos, a traditional tavern offering the best local and organic dishes.
Day 4: Siga Siga
Breakfast will be served at the accommodation. Hereafter there is again one hour scheduled for you to work or relax.
Around 10:00 we will be leaving to the port of Paleros, where the Siga Siga is waiting to take you on a boattrip on the crystalclear blue waters of the Ionian sea. After spending some hours on the water, a delightful lunch will be served at the Yacht Club of Paleros.
After enjoying this lunch, we will be heading back to the accommodation to pack our suitcases, full of new insights and information we can take home with us to help transform our business plans and ideas, and head to Preveza Airport for your flight home.
